Real feedback, practical reasons to feel confident

Andrew is an amazing hard working man that makes sure every problem you might have is fixed the RIGHT way. He’s really good at communicating and answering questions. I’m glad me and my mom met him today he helped fixed our sink and doorknobs that fell apart. He has helped out our community so much we are so grateful for him.

I saw Andrew on a golf cart shirt showing Durham logo I asked him if he could come see about my sink he stated that he would to give him 15 min, he actually came same day looked at my sink was so polite and generous very knowledgeable he took a look at the sink stated all I needed was a screw work order was complete same day. In addition to the sink he fixed 3 door knobs.

We cannot rave enough about living here. We've been here for a little over a year. Love that all utilities, landscaping, insurance are paid together along with rent. They even give you an option to split your monthly payment into increments. The houses are recently built with quality products, and are in great condition. Every house has its own fenced in yard and solar panels which keep the electric bills very low. The community is well kept, has a pool, and community center. We are sad that they don't have a 5 bedroom house that we need. We are soon to be moving out but will be paying way more than we are paying now. The neighborhood is great for families. I love how safe it is to see all the kids and parents playing outside.
